Lochenheath Project (New Structure)

New construction of a 13,000 sq. ft. home in Howell. This house is a great example of the wide range of expertise our company can provide on a project.

Hartland Church This is a project that had many unique structural challenges.

New construction - 2,482 sq. ft. home in Dexter 2400 sq-ft ranch with walk-out basement.

New construction - 3,152 sq. ft. 2 story lake front home. Tore down old home and constructed a 3,152 sq.ft. 2 story lake front home on a crawl space. Used helical piers to support the structure.

McPherson Mansion in Howell Original House built in 1915. Renovated existing house, carriage house, and added 8000 sq. ft. addition. Converted entire structure to office space.

New construction - 2,433 sq. ft. 2 story lake front home. Tore down existing house & built new house using helical piers to support the new structure.

Fort Shelby Double Tree Hotel (foundation stabilization) Underpin 4 main columns of this 22 story hotel with helical piers to allow excavation for an elevator pit.
